The short version. This app has no account system, no server, and no analytics. Everything you log stays on your device. We do not collect, receive, transmit, or store any of your information, because there is no system on our side capable of receiving it.

What the app stores

The app keeps the following on your device, and only on your device:

Your training log. Sets, reps, timestamps, walk and jog minutes, water and food entries, bodyweight and waist measurements, and any notes you write.
Your settings. Block length and start date, your maximum reps for each movement, your goals, units, and theme.
Your progress photos, if you choose to take any. These are held in your device's local database and are never uploaded.

This information is written to your browser's local storage and local database. On iPhone that storage belongs to the app and is removed by the system when you delete the app.

What the app does not do

It does not ask you to create an account or provide an email address.
It does not send your training data, measurements, or photos anywhere.
It does not contain analytics, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers, or third-party trackers.
It does not sell or share information with anyone, because it never receives any.
It does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, or health records.

The camera and your photo library

If you use the progress photo feature, the app asks your permission to open the camera or pick an existing image. That image is saved into the app's own local database on your device. It is not uploaded, not backed up to us, and not visible to anyone but you. You can delete it from within the app at any time. If you never use the feature, the app never asks for the permission.

Fonts

The web version loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. When it does, Google receives the request as it would for any website, which includes your IP address. No information about your training is involved. The iPhone app bundles its own copies and makes no network requests at all.

Your data is portable

The app can export everything it holds as a single readable JSON file, which you can keep, inspect, or import onto another device. To erase everything, delete the app, or use your browser's site data controls on the web version. Since nothing is held remotely, deleting it on your device deletes all of it.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone, including children.

Speak to a qualified professional before starting a new training or nutrition programme, particularly if you have an existing condition.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date above. Since the app collects nothing, we do not anticipate material changes.
