The app is deliberately small, so most questions have short answers.

How the programme works

You practise four bodyweight movements many times a day, always well short of failure, and you do one easy aerobic hour each morning. Nothing is meant to feel hard. If a set felt like effort, it ran too long.

Choosing and changing your block

You pick a block length the first time you open the app: six, eight, twelve or sixteen weeks, or any number from four to fifty-two. Everything scales to that choice, including your per-set targets, the number of daily touches, the length of the morning hour, when the lighter weeks fall, and how quickly the progression ladders open up.

To change it later, open Settings from the gear icon and pick a new length. The ramp reshapes around your original start date. If you would rather begin again from scratch, use Restart the block from today. Your logged history is kept either way.

The programme never expires. When a block finishes it rolls straight into a fresh cycle at the same length, and the app shows which cycle you are on.

Setting your maximum reps

Your per-set targets are worked out from your maximums, so they matter. Enter your best honest guess when you start, then re-test every two or three weeks and update them in Settings. Every target in the app recalculates immediately.

Pinning a target manually

Touches per day, morning minutes, and the per-set percentage normally follow the block automatically. If you would rather fix one of them, type a number into that field in Settings and it stays put. Clear the field to hand it back to the programme.

Moving your data to a new device

  1. On the old device, open Progress and choose Export. You get a single JSON file.
  2. Move that file to the new device however you like.
  3. On the new device, open Progress and choose Import, then pick the file.

Progress photos are held separately in your device's local database and are not part of the export file. Save any you want to keep to your photo library before switching devices.

Nothing is syncing between my devices

That is expected. There is no account and no server, so there is nothing to sync through. Use the export and import steps above to move data across.

I lost my data

Because everything is stored locally, clearing your browser's site data on the web version, or deleting the app on iPhone, removes it permanently. We hold no copy and cannot recover it. Exporting a backup occasionally is worth the ten seconds.

A note on health. This is a training and logging tool, not a medical device. Its guidance is general information rather than personalised advice. If you have an existing condition or any doubt, talk to a qualified professional before starting.
